HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY
All of our Jewelry pieces are delicate and require extra care and love!

Remove your jewelry if you plan to get wet such as shower, swimming in a pool or at the beach, spa, etc

Remove your jewelry before going to sleep, exercise or any physically strenuous activities to avoid any scratching and wear and tear.

Put your jewelry on last, only after applying make up, skin care products, perfumes, hairspray, etc.

To keep your jewelry looking new, wipe it down with a soft lint free cloth. Store your jewelry in a sealed anti-tarnish pouch or box in a cool dry place.

Avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as household cleaners, acid, and other corrosive substances.

How much is the shipping costs?

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $3.98. (U.S. only)
​
Do you ship international?
Yes! International shipping is a standard flat rate of $9.99.
​
International orders may be subject to customs and import taxes. MV Jewellery is not responsible for paying these fees. All fees associated with importation must be paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

When will my order by shipped?

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped once payment has been confirmed.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
​
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or your jewelry is defective, you may return the items within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
If your jewelry is defective please contact us within 24 hours and we will address your concerns. Please make sure you include your order number and pictures of the defective items.

To return our exchange an item, please send us a message via our online contact form (info@mv-jewellery.com). Please make sure you include your order number.

All items returned must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging. MV Jewellery does not provide shipping labels for returns. MV Jewellery reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.

MV Jewellery is not liable for any lost return packages. Please make sure you keep your proof of postage and or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. Upon email receipt, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to be available in your account and 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear on your billing statement.
